Having purchased “compatibles” before from local stores (that’s all I could get) with disappointing results, I trawled through the internet searching for the real deal. Many sites were vague about whether they were genuine or compatible, whilst others were very expensive. I felt confident that I was getting Coopers from this company and at a reasonable price. I had reason to contact the company and received a very quick helpful response to my message. Having been disappointed before with other brands, I could immediately tell the difference when this ferrule was fitted to my walking stick. I’d happily purchase again, and from this company.

Having purchased from other sources I found lacking I purchased a ferrule for my mother's walking stick from this company and am delighted to have found non-slip, safe rubber ferrule which stops my mums stick from sliding on certain floors! I asked a few questions first which were duly answered and truthfully answered without sales patter. (Thanks William!). I shall certainly be returning to this company when I need top quality ferrules in the future (which I will at some point as I have two artificial knees and one hip). I simply can't express how happy I am to find such high quality goods and service! Absolutely first class in every way! Thank you all! Highly recommended!
