Their construction features a ball & socket joint allowing the ferrule’s extra large, slip-resistant base to be in contact with the ground at all times, even when it's used at an angle. Slipnott Ferrules for elbow crutches

These are brilliant. The old fixed ferrules slipped in the wet and were dangerous. These Slipnott ferrules lie flat whatever the angle of the crutch is and they do not slip! Highly recommend
