I have been searching for a particular ferrule for two years. I've asked furniture makers for their help to no avail. I gave up. Then, recently I tried again and came upon RubberFerrules,co.uk. I called and requested a sample. Nothing arrived. I repeated and again, nothing. I established the problem was with my Postal Depot. I again spoke with the tremendous people at RubberFerrules.
