Really impressed with the service, the ferrules are a good quality. I wanted them for a garden bench, unfortunately I bought the wrong size but I phoned and they were exchanged for the right size without any problem. I bought 2 sets, the other will be going on a memorial bench in a woodland burial ground, hopefully it will stop the water seeping up the legs. Really pleased with the product. Happy customer.
