a perfect solution

I bought these to replace harder feet fitted to two kitchen stools. The old feet made a most unpleasant screeching noise on our ceramic tiled floor. These slightly softer (but still very durable) feet are virtually silent - a perfect solution! The web site made it simple to choose the correct size and they fitted perfectly. Very reasonably priced, the ferrules arrived promptly & well packaged. When I needed help with a minor shipping issue, Rubber Ferrules’ customer service was friendly & helpful and sorted it out immediately. 5 stars all round!
