They were the perfect answer to making my step ladder safe. They fitted the stem size and the ladder balances now and does not dig into the earth when I use the step ladder in the garden.

Difficult to work out which ferrule was best option but Rubber Ferrules were so helpful. Excellent advice and service. I'm just about to order a full set of ferrulrs for my garden furniture.

the ferrules are of fantastic quality and fit so well. super strong. we made an error thinking we had the wrong sizes and the companies knowledge and level of help was real quality care. Proper customer service.

Fit snug as a bug. Not as thick at the bottom as would have liked. On occasionally used step ladder so don't know how long they will last
