Received very quickly and as described on the web site. This is the second time I have ordered ferrules each of a differing type and size. In each case I have been extremely pleased with the product and they have enabled me to enhance the refurbishment of a Step Ladder and a set of Kitchen chairs. Would recommend these products to any prospective purchaser.
