The delivery was very prompt. I haven’t tried the ferrules yet as I have not yet lost the pair of the last pair I bought which is now working perfectly. It’s a very good idea to sell them in pairs.

These tips fitted our old walking poles (different brand) perfectly, the customer service was great in that they tried to source the original, couldn’t so suggested these with a return option if no good ... spot on! Thanks
