A great example of customer service

From the moment I phoned early afternoon and was answered promptly I felt that I could buy with confidence from this supplier. Samples were sent free of charge first class post the same day.

After some product guidance by phone a bulk order was placed which arrived promptly.

If only more small British companies were like this.

These PTFE ferrules have made moving kitchen chairs across a stone kitchen floor a delight. No more marked floors or resistance from rubber ended chair legs. My kitchen chairs now glide effortlessly. Thank you, problem solved!
